Got exceptionally comfortable room with balcony, destroyed walls. Location very close to Close to the bus station, the shops, bars and restaurants and beach.
Wi-Fi connection was weak.

good value, considering that everything is amazing. recently renovated hotel, it has beautiful rooms and fantastic location. 5 minutes drive to the airport, it is located close to 5th avenue. everyone who works in the venue is best and amicable. the services are good, including a lovely pool.

The room was beautiful and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the bathroom was clean. the service provided at the hotel was good. the pool looked lovely even though we didn't have time to try it. the hotel's location is great, right next to amazing food options and close to shops, clubs, bars, and the beach. We enjoyed some delicious treats at Magnolias Restaurant, which is only a short walk away from the hotel.

The room was beautiful. Units come with a balcony. the team is good and made me feel welcome. All the services were excellent. I also took advantage of the concierge service, and it didn't cost extra.

The employees are kind and lovely. the location is in a great spot near the hottest nightlife in Playa del Carmen. It's set in Centro district near the Ado bus station, port or collectivos, Coco Bongo, and 2 blocks from the beach. Thank you guys for the service!

Appreciated this hotel, had a really nice experience. the venue was fairly clean and recently renovated, had free Wi-Fi. - Our room was exceptionally clean and compact, included Wi-Fi and TV with cable channels. - the staff was super friendly, good service. - We were in a particularly good and amazing location relatively near a handicraft museum.

Recently refurbished hotel with a stunning location away from 5th Avenue. Lots of goodies for breakfast. - Spotless and compact room with a balcony and great AC. Located right by nightclubs, Playa del Carmen, and restaurants. - Good service that you can't help but enjoy. - Everything is perfect.
